Help configure Shopify Payments or other common payment methods such as credit cards and PayPal.
Configure currency, tax (if needed) and shipping options (e.g. flat-rate local shipping, free shipping threshold, local pickup, etc.).
Set up the basic brand details (store name, logo, contact information) inside order notification emails and run test orders to verify the flow.
Product Upload & Collections
Upload the first batch of products for you:
Up to 30 products. Additional products can be handled either per item (HKD 80 each) or by hourly rate (HKD 300 per hour, based on about 6 products per hour).
Each product includes: title, short description, price, SKU/stock, image upload and simple variants (such as color/size).
Create basic collections such as New Arrivals, Bestsellers and Category A/B, and place them on the homepage and in the navigation menu.
Fill in basic SEO fields such as product titles and simple meta title/description.
Basic Membership Functionality
Enable the platform’s basic customer account feature so customers can register / log in and manage their personal details and order history.
Add a “Login / Register” entry in the site header and check that it displays correctly on mobile and tablet devices.
Configure essential brand information (store name and logo) in customer account–related emails such as account creation and password reset.
During the training session, demonstrate how to view customer data, order history and customer groups in the admin for future marketing use.
Training & Basic Support
Provide one 1–2 hour online training session (Zoom / Google Meet) covering:
How to create and edit products
How to process orders and handle fulfillment
How to update general page content (text and images)
Offer 7–14 days of post-launch support via WhatsApp / email for minor adjustments and “how to” questions (excluding new feature development).

Custom domain setup: connect your domain (e.g. yourbrand.com), including DNS configuration and SSL certificate activation.
Google Analytics + Facebook Pixel: basic installation to track traffic and conversions (advanced tracking and reporting not included).
404 page + Coming Soon page: simple branded design to reduce visitor drop-off.
Test order + launch check: simulate the full purchasing flow and remove password protection only after confirming there are no critical issues.
Basic E‑commerce Store Design & Setup
The client is required to pay 50% of the total project fee as a non‑refundable deposit to initiate the project. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion and before / upon the official launch of the website. Any additional features or scope changes requested by the client will be quoted and billed separately.
- Additional standard content pages within the same project are charged at HKD 1,000 per page.
